What Is Pay Me Now?
The Pay Me Now feature will enable you to cash out of your earnings at any time!
How does it work?
Pay Me Now gives Point Pickup drivers the ability to cash out their earnings on demand for a small fee. This means you can receive the amount in your Stripe balance at any time rather than waiting for the weekly direct deposit.
How can I be eligible for Pay Me Now?
To have access to Pay Me Now, drivers must:
1. Have an activated account for at least 15 days
2. Have completed at least 20 deliveries
3. Have a debit card registered with Stripe (no prepaid cards)
How do I activate Pay Me Now?
If you are eligible but have not yet entered your debit card information into your Stripe account, you will see the 'Activate Pay Me Now' button appear in the My Orders & Payments tab. Tap the button and simply follow the instructions to enter your debit card information.
You will need to register a debit card (no prepaid cards) with Stripe to use Pay Me Now.
If you need to update your debit card information, tap 'Manage My Stripe Account' and insert your payment information.
How do I cash out?
To cash out your available earnings balance, tap 'Pay Me Now' and select the amount you would like to transfer.
What Can I Cash Out Using Pay Me Now?
You may only cash out the available amount in your Stripe balance which is displayed at the top of the screen in the 'My Order and Payments' screen.
Remember, your earnings for your deliveries can take up to 24 hours to be added to your Stripe balance.
How Long Does Pay Me Now Take To Transfer?
Once you cash out, you will receive the transferred funds to your debit card in just 30 minutes! In some cases, the transfer may take longer depending on your bank.*
What Are The Fees?
When using Pay Me Now, a small fee is applied to the total requested amount. All Pay Me Now fees are 1.99% of the requested amount with a minimum fee of $1.99.
Having Issues With Pay Me Now?
Your debit card information may not be updated. If you have recently changed your debit card, make sure that you have updated your card's expiration date.
To update your card information, go to the My Orders & Payments tab → select Manage My Stripe Account → select Account → tap on the pencil icon next to your debit card information → you will need to provide your prior debit card information in order to enter the new one. If only the expiration date has changed, simply enter the same debit card number with your old expiration date, then insert the new one.
