If you are having trouble updating/changing the information on your Point Pickup account directly through the Point Pickup Driver app, try logging in through the gateway login and updating your personal information through there.
1. Open your web browser and go to https://pointpickup.com/gateway/login
2. Sign in to your Point Pickup Driver account using your driver login info.
3. Click on 'Settings' on the top right-hand corner of the dashboard
4. Update your personal settings as needed.
