New Photo Verification Feature
If you are having trouble uploading photos inside the app, please send your photos along with an order reference ID/PK number to firstname.lastname@example.org
If a photo proof of delivery is required for your order, the app will automatically prompt you to take a photo when completing the delivery.
Please make sure you follow ALL required steps to guarantee the customer's order is delivered successfully.

The first photo must be of the items placed at the dropoff location.

The second photo must be of the building to which you delivered the items.
[Houses] If you delivered to a house, take a few steps back and take a clear picture of the building.
[Apartments] If you delivered to an apartment building, exit the building and take a picture of it from the street.
Before marking the delivery as complete, you will need to select an option from the dropdown menu to indicate where you delivered the items at the customer's home.
If none of the options in the dropdown apply, you can select 'Other' and type in the delivery location manually.
Following these steps appropriately will help reduce the risk of incorrect delivery and provide you with additional protection in the case of an incorrect delivery claim from the customer. Photo Proof of Delivery is a requirement set forth by Point Pickup. Failure to provide adequate photo proof could result in delayed or denial of payment.
