What is the PK Number?
In order for Point Pickup to track the status and location of an order, a PK number is used to identify each an every order. Every PK number will be created as two sets of digits separated by a 'dash' (-). Every order on the app will have its PK number clearly displayed at the top of the order as shown in the example below.
The last 7 digits of the PK number, which are the set of numbers after the dash (-), are the key numbers that will identify that specific order. The first set of digits before the dash (-) might change as you carry out the order, however the last 7 digits will never change and are therefore is the key identifier for that order at all times.
Why is the PK Number Important?
The PK number is crucial in allowing the Point Pickup Support team to assist drivers with orders if they are experiencing any issues.
When you are experiencing an issue with an order, it is important that you provide the store associate or Point Pickup Support agent with the PK number so that they may look up the order and assist you. They will likely as for the last 7 digits of the PK number, which is the last set of digits after the dash (-) as that is what identifies that order.
Whenever you are reaching out to Point Pickup Support about an issue regarding an order (active order, missing payment, canceling order etc.), it is important that you provide the PK number(s) for reference so that the support agent may search for your order in the systems and get to the root of the problem.
