We are launching our pharmacy delivery business first with Walmart. During this new initiative, Walmart stores will begin using our home delivery service nationwide for pharmacy-related medications and products.
Drivers are highly recommended to take the Pharmacy Delivery Training Course before carrying out a pharmacy delivery. To complete the course, please click the link below.

How will pharmacy deliveries be different?
You will see a new Pharmacy Package Type in the description of the order; Walmart will default all Pharmacy orders to an "Unattended" delivery type (see the Driver App #1 screenshot below). This means that no customer signature is required.
In the future, Walmart and other retailers may also require an ID Scan and Signature, so it is always important to check the order requirements. You will be provided with pharmacy-specific pickup notes, customer drop-off notes, and order return notes (see the Driver App #2 screenshot below for sample Unattended Delivery notes).
Drivers are required to wear a mask at all times when carrying out a delivery.
Step #1:
You will see a Pharmacy order appear with a Pharmacy Package Type in your list of Available Orders. All Pharmacy orders will default to an "Unattended Delivery", which means that no signature is required (see Driver App screenshot #1 below).
Step #2: When accepted, please follow specific in-store Pharmacy pickup instructions (see Driver App screenshot #2 below).
Pharmacy Pickup Instructions: Enter the store from the main parking lot. Locate an open side counter at the PHARMACY. Skip lines by showing the Driver App. Confirm the customer name along with the order ID.
IMPORTANT: While COVID-19 procedures are in place, you will need to wear a mask while picking up in-store orders.

Step #3: Drivers may call the customer on their way to the delivery, but are not required.
Delivery Expectations: 1. Carefully place the bag at the doorstep.
2. Knock/ring the doorbell and step back.
3. Drivers must make visual contact with the customer to confirm the delivery. Verify the customer's name to confirm the delivery.
4. DO NOT EVER leave prescriptions unattended at the customer's residence.
5. If the customer is not home, you MUST return the prescriptions to the store.
FOR FAILED DELIVERIES/STORE RETURNS: If a delivery can't be made, you should select "Failed Delivery" on your Driver App and choose the appropriate reason for the failure. When an auto-return to store order is created, follow the RETURN instructions at the bottom of the notes, as return procedures for Pharmacy deliveries are different than for other Walmart store returns (see Driver App screenshot #4 below).
When returning orders to the Pharmacy:
- First, follow regular Pharmacy pickup instructions;
- If the Pharmacy has closed, locate the in-store service desk, ask for the manager on duty, and leave the order with the manager.
