What if one of the orders is rejected by the customer at drop-off, or the customer is not home?
The return process for a Batch order is the same as for a single delivery. If the first drop-off (Order #1) is failed, select “Failed Delivery” in the Driver app and continue to the second drop-off (Order #2). Once you have completed the second drop-off, the app will reroute you back to the store to return Order #1. You will be paid for bringing back Order #1 to the store.

What if both orders (Order #1 and Order #2) are failed deliveries?
In this case, select “Failed delivery” in the Driver app for both deliveries; please make every attempt to deliver both orders before returning any items. The Driver app will automatically generate return routes. You will be paid for bringing back both orders.
Returning Batched orders after Failed Delivery
Follow the same process as if you’re pickup up orders, only you are returning them. Complete all appropriate steps in the driver app and call the store to let them know you have arrived at a parking bay.
