Drivers are expected to wait 15 minutes for the orders to be brought out by store associates. Drivers must mark “Arrived at Pickup” in the app so Walmart associates know you are at the pick-up area. Drivers may also call the number provided in the pick-up parking bays to notify store associates that you have arrived.
What happens when one of the two orders is not ready?
In the case of Walmart batched orders, if one of the orders is not yet ready, Walmart will have already un-batch the order at the store level. When un-batched, your driver app will update accordingly to display a single delivery. From then on, the driver will carry out the order as if it were a regular delivery.
In the event that the order is not un-batched, please contact PPUP via the Help Center chat.
What happens when both orders are not ready?
Drivers are required to wait at least 15 minutes for the orders to come out. After 15 minutes, if the orders have not come out, drivers may choose to cancel the order or continue to wait. Drivers will not be paid a store wait fee if the order is cancelled by the store due to a delay.
