If you move to a different city than the one in which you signed up in for Point Pickup, please be sure to update your new location.
If you have moved to a different city since registering for Point Pickup, please be sure to update your new location within the Point Pickup app. We recommend all drivers set their “Working Area” to “Fixed” and select the desired region, to ensure you see orders best matched to your desired region.
Please log out and log back to reset your notification ID so that you will start to city notifications in your "new city"
However, you also have the ability to set your order area to “Roaming” which will allow the app to automatically and constantly recognize where you are located and seek for active orders wherever you are. Although we do not recommend this preference, if you are a driver that is constantly switching between regions, it will update your order notifications based on your location at any given point.
To set your settings to “Roaming” please follow these steps:
- Tap Main Menu, three orange bars on the upper left hand corner
- Tap Working Area and select “Roaming”.
