If you attempt to accept an order and an error message shows up, this likely means that another driver has already accepted the order. Orders are assigned to drivers on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to check the app during the scheduled delivery post times and throughout the day.
Our platform is designed so that all drivers available in a working area will see the delivery notifications at approximately the same time.
Have a strong WiFi connection. Drivers who view/accept orders while on WiFi are able to do so faster than those drivers who are using their cell phone network’s connection.
