In order to carry out orders, drivers can use any type of vehicle with the manufacturing date after the year 2000.
If your car model is not listed on the Point Pickup app/website, please select a model from that make/brand that approximates your exact model among the choices available.
Be sure to fill out the rest of your car’s information correctly (car type, color, registration state, license plate number).
If you get a new car, be sure to update your vehicle information on your Point Pickup profile.
If you are still having trouble updating/changing your vehicle details through the app, please try through our online gateway.
- Open up your web browser and go to https://pointpickup.com/gateway/login
- Log in using your Point Pickup Driver information
- Open 'Settings' on the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.
- Update your information accordingly.
You can only have one registered vehicle per account. If you own multiple vehicles, we recommend you register the one best suited for the type of deliveries you would like to make.
