If a driver commits an infraction that goes against our policy and guidelines, a strike will be recorded on their account. An accumulation of strikes over time can potentially impact the ability for you to accept and complete deliveries on the platform.
The following can result in a strike against your account:
- Multiple instances of not showing up for an order on time or at all.
- Significant volume of cancellations of orders accepted.
- High percentages of failed attempt orders or not attempting to reach the customer for at least 15 minutes when arriving at the drop off.
- Poor feedback from customers or clients
