The email you have recently received from Point Pickup regarding “Stripe” is legitimate and will guide you through the registration process for Point Pickup’s new payment platform, Stripe.
Point Pickup is transitioning to a new payment platform (Stripe) for drivers over the next couple of weeks that will require you to provide secure authorization of your payment information.
We sent you an email and text notification prompting you to log into your Point Pickup account, after which you will access a secure authorization form where you can confirm your personal information and select how you would like to be paid. You will be asked to provide either your debit card and/or bank account information for direct deposit of all delivery payments, including your base pay and tips. We recommend using the new debit card option, as it will allow for instant payment options when they become available.
