All drivers need to clear a background check before being activated to drive on the Point Pickup platform. If there is a prior history, that candidate will be referred to our Legal & Compliance team for further review and a final determination based on our Uniform Policy. This process can take 2-4 weeks or longer.
All drivers go through a background check conducted by Checker (www.checkr.com) a large, reputable and secure background check service.
You may be asked for additional information from Checkr and please respond to their request in order to fully validate your account.
