Tips can be received in three ways.
- Post-delivery tips
- Clients may tip drivers via the app post delivery
- Point Pickup will pass 100% of the tip to your account, which you will receive in your next scheduled payment
- You can see whether an order is pre-tipped or not right before accepting the order
- Pre-tipped orders are paid out like regular orders with 100% of the tip being paid to the driver
DO NOT SOLICIT TIPS FROM CUSTOMERS
In order to maximize the potential for a tip from customers, we recommend you:
- Always be polite, professional, and respectful when interacting with Walmart associates and customers.
- Keep your car clean, odor, and smoke-free.
- Assist the customer as much as possible with the unloading of the items
- Do not enter the customer’s home.
- The happier and more satisfied the customer is with their delivery, the more money that goes in your pocket!
