Your "Working Area" determines what region the Point Pickup app will display available orders.
As a driver, you have the ability to select either a Fixed or Roaming working area.
“Fixed Location” will only display orders within the radius you have selected in your active area, regardless of where you actually are. “Roaming Location” will display orders within the radius your device locates you at any given time.
To adjust the "Active Area Radius":
- Tap on the radius field displaying mileage.
- Scroll through the list of 10-mile increments to select the radius you desire.
- Once you have selected your preferred radius, tap "Done".
- Tap "Save Changes".

We recommend you use a Fixed Working Area in order to receive more notifications for orders.
