Here are some helpful guidelines to follow for all pickups and delivery at every retail store:
- Upon arrival, tap 'Arrived' on the app, and make contact with a store associate to confirm that you are ready for pickup
- Wait up to 15-minutes for the order; if this time is exceeded you have the option to continue to wait or cancel the order.
- If you choose NOT to wait, it is necessary to contact Point Pickup support via Chat so they can cancel the order for you. You will find the chat feature on the bottom right corner of our Help Center. Please inform the Point Pickup agent that you have waited 15 minutes and would like to cancel the order. You will not be penalized for requesting to cancel an order after you have waited for 15-minutes.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: During the height of the COVID-19 rush, we worked with our clients to provide driver compensation for orders that were canceled during long wait times. Moving forward, it is up to our individual retail clients to establish their policies for paying driver cancellation fees.
