We understand things may come up and the need to cancel a pickup for delivery will happen. If you expect that you will not be able to complete an order, please make sure to cancel the order ASAP.
If you have accidentally accepted an order, please cancel it immediately so another driver can accept it.
If you need to cancel an order:
More than 1 hour before pickup time:
- Cancel In-App
- Open the order on the app
- Tap 'Go to Pickup'
- Tap 'Having Trouble with Order'
- Tap Cancel.
Less than 1 hour before the pickup time:
- Please contact our Support Team ASAP via the Point Pickup chat and an agent will cancel the order for you. The chat feature can be found on the bottom right corner of our FAQ page and is displayed as a small speech icon.
- If you need to cancel an order within 1 hour of pickup time, please avoid emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and use the chat instead. It will give us a better opportunity to respond faster and have your order canceled.
- Warning: Cancelling an order within an hour of the pickup time can result in a strike against your account.
